STINK BUG CONTROL PROCEDURE:

We will visually inspect the areas of suspected stink bug activity.

We will only treat the outside of your structure to form a barrier that prevents the bug from entering. The price for treatment starts at $150.

The chemicals we use to treat stink bugs can possibly be harmful if it comes into contact with skin, are ingested, or are inhaled.

STINK BUG PREVENTION:

The best way to prevent future issues is to schedule regular visits from a pest control professional. Appointments can be scheduled at 2, 3, or 4-month intervals. Develop a plan with an MDE Pest Services professional to prevent and manage future stink bug issues.

STINK BUGS

IDENTIFICATION:

The most common stink bug found in South Carolina structures are called brown marmorated stink bugs and they have a shield-like shape.

They can be found around windows and fly towards the top of walls and ceilings.

Stink bugs get their name by their mild odor. They don’t really smell strongly unless you crush the bug or vacuum it.

DAMAGE TO HEALTH OR PROPERTY:

These bugs do not cause any harm to your health, but instead are just a nuisance.
