SMALL RODENTS

SMALL RODENT (MOUSE/RAT) SERVICES

SMALL RODENT CONTROL PROCEDURE:

We will visually inspect the infested area (inside or outside) to check for problem areas, provide a free estimate for the treatment, and proceed with the treatment process.

Pricing starts at $150. The time it takes to complete the process and the cost of the treatment varies. These figures depend on the size of the treated areas, the types of rodents you are dealing with, and the extent of the infestation.

We may possibly use rodenticides, baits, and trap methods. Rodenticides may be used to treat small rodent infestations. Rodenticides can possibly be harmful if they come into contact with skin, are ingested, or are inhaled.

Be prepared to show the areas of suspected activity.

SMALL RODENT PREVENTION:

SMALL RODENT (MOUSE/RAT) IDENTIFICATION & ISSUES

SMALL RODENT (MOUSE/RAT) IDENTIFICATION & ISSUES:

Small rodents can often be found nesting underground & around structures.

If mice and/or rats make their way into your home, they’ll create a nest anywhere they feel will be undisturbed.

In the cold seasons of the years they will often find a way to stay warm by coming indoors, even in the cleanest homes. These agile creatures can swim, dig, jump, and squeeze through holes larger than ¼ of an inch!.

HARM TO HEALTH OR PROPERTY:

The amount of damage that rodents are capable of causing to your property and your health is overwhelming! They have the potential to destroy thousands of dollars worth of insulation, wiring, and other property components which could result in electrical fires.

Rodents are carriers of many diseases that are transmitted both directly and indirectly (from insects that feed on their blood such as ticks and fleas). Some of the most common examples are: Hantavirus, Hemorrhagic Fever, Lassa Fever, Colorado Tick Fever, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis, Leptospirosis, Plague, Rat-Bite Fever, Salmonellosis, South American Arenaviruses, and Tularemia.
